  7. MicroCosm is a high precision orbit and geodetic parameter determination
  8. software system. Using partitioned Bayesian least squares and Cowell's method
  9. of numerical integration, MicroCosm performs solutions of satellite orbit and
  10. geodetic parameters without compromises in physical modeling
  11.  
  12. The physical models used include atmospheric drag, solar radiation pressure,
  13. Earth gravitation, polar motion, Earth rotation, solid Earth tides, ocean
  14. tides, tectonic plate motion, ocean loading, third body gravitation, Earth
  15. precession and mutation, tropospheric refraction, transmitter and receiver
  16. clock variations, and instrumentation biases and ambiguities
  17.  
  18. Measurements modeled include laser range, GLRS laser range, radar range, TDRSS
  19. range, GPS range (including single, double, and triple differences), radar
  20. range rates, TDRSS range rate, TRANET/GEOCEIVER Dopplers, DORIS Doppler, radar
  21. altimeter range, topocentric right ascension/declination, direction cosines,
  22. X/Y angles, and azimuth/elevation angles. Installation requires less than one
  23. hour and may be accomplished by following three pages of instructions provided
  24. with the product.
